winbe Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a winbe account and to use any part of the winbe platform, including browsing, depositing, playing, or withdrawing. winbe may request age verification documents at any time. If age verification is not satisfactorily completed, winbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings accrued during the underage period cancelled without payment.

winbe is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. winbe makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. A winbe account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. winbe accounts may not be used by corporations, organisations, or any other legal entity. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on winbe; duplicate registrations are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

To register a winbe account, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and confirm that you are aged 21 or above. You must ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. winbe reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any point. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbe login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. winbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify winbe immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

winbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or provision of false information. A user may request account closure at any time by contacting winbe support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the user's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

winbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. winbe does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party funding of a winbe account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. winbe does not charge a processing fee on standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to card accounts may take longer depending on the issuing bank. winbe reserves the right to request verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

All winbe account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). winbe does not accept foreign currency deposits. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT, winbe reserves the right to return the funds to their origin or convert them at a rate determined solely by winbe, which may differ from the prevailing market rate.

All bonuses and promotions offered by winbe are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. Bonuses are available to eligible registered winbe users only and may not be available to users who have self-excluded or who have requested account closure. winbe reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

Bonus funds credited to a winbe account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific terms of that offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus; any bonus and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without payment.

Exploiting winbe bonuses through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine play, or any other form of abuse is strictly prohibited. winbe reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel winnings, and permanently suspend the accounts of any user found to be engaging in bonus abuse. winbe's determination of whether bonus abuse has occurred is final.

You must not use the winbe platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment methods, or any form of unauthorised financial activity.

winbe reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detection of prohibited conduct: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account; forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings accrued through or in connection with the prohibited conduct; recovery of any amounts withdrawn that were derived from prohibited conduct; and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbe disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, even if winbe has been advised of the possibility of such damages. winbe's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
